Frequent questions
Do my customers have to download an app?
No, and that's the whole point. The card saves to the Wallet their phone already came with. Anyone who'd rather not can use a plain link in their browser.
What if a customer loses their phone or the battery dies?
Whoever is at the counter looks them up by phone number or a six-digit code. Their stamps don't live on the device, they live in their account.
How do I know an employee isn't giving stamps away?
Every stamp is stored with who gave it, at which location and at what time, and that can't be edited or deleted afterwards. We also alert you when someone stamps well above their usual pace, or with the shop closed.
Is my customer data mine or yours?
Yours. We store it and look after it, but we don't use it for anything else and we don't hand it to anyone. If you ever leave, you take it with you.
Does it work if I have more than one location?
Yes. The same card works at all of them, and each location has its own code and its own hours.
Am I charged during the trial?
We save your card when you sign up, but nothing is charged during the 7 days. Cancel before that and you pay nothing. We do it this way so that the day billing starts, nothing stops: your customers keep collecting stamps without noticing a thing.
